Jussi Björling Vase

The Borlänge Municipality has commissioned a vase in Orrefors Crystal, primarily intended as a gift to people who have been employed for 25 years in the city administration. 
 
Jussi Björling's portrait - taken from the Jussi Björling Museum logotype -decorates one side of the vase. The other side shows at the top leaves of the "Ornäs birch", a tree form originating in Ornäs in Borlänge which is often cultivated for its beautiful leaves.
