Tuition begins in the 1st Grade with choir singing (Minisångarna) and rhythm study.
Recorder and Suzuki tuition begins in the 2nd Grade.
Students in the 3rd Grade can apply to play all instruments with the exception of double bass, electric bass, oboe and English horn (available from the 5th Grade).
There is tuition in solo singing, art and drama from the 7th Grade. Courses in Theory and Ear training are available from the 9th Grade.
Tuition in beginner’s piano and keyboard is partly conducted in groups and subsequently on an individual basis.
The fee for singing and instrument tuition is SEK 500 per term.
Instrument rental is currently SEK 375 per term. There is a sibling’s discount.
During the first three years, all students may, as a rule, rent instruments from the school.
Instruments which are particularly expensive or instruments which students gradually upgrade in size – such as violin and cello – can also be rented after the third year. There is no rental of pianos, keyboards, electric bass and drums.
There can sometimes be a waiting list for certain instruments.
