Procurement & purchasing

Welcome to the Purchasing Department at Borlange Municipality.
 
The Purchasing Department serves all City departments except the Building and Street Maintenance departments.  The department follows the specific directions of the European Union as well as the Swedish Public Procurement Act.
 
The staff consists of 6 employees. All employees perform their duties in accordance with the City’s established purchasing policies. The Purchasing Department monitors all purchasing activity exceeding around SEK 75,000. This ensures standardized contracts that are valid for all departments.
