Municipal or independent pre-schools for children aged 1-5. Our pre-schools are for children whose parents are gainfully employed, studying, unemployed or on parental leave.
 
The municipality can provide special disability and allergy-friendly departments. Independent pre-schools are run in the form of parent cooperatives and charge a fee.
